NEW! Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is by Semester.
Semester 1: August 28 – December 14, 2023
Semester 2: January 8 – May 17, 2024
**Dance will begin when a minimum of 5 students register.**
REGISTRATION
- Register for all sports using the form below.
- Once CBA receives your child’s registration form, we will notify you if space is still available.
- As of December 2023, there is a waitlist for BASKETBALL. We will start a waitlist, and if 25 total students register, we can open another class on a different day.
- NEW for 2023-2024! Students who attend karate or soccer in Semester 1 will need to re-register for Semester 2. Students continuing through both semesters will be exempt from the Semester 2 registration fee.
- A parent or legal guardian must attend practice if the student is not enrolled in Kindergarten AND is younger than 5 years old on
September 1, 2023.
PAYMENT
Registration fee
- Current CBA students: $35 registration fee per sport
- Non-CBA students: $50 registration fee per sport
- Once families complete the registration form, they will receive a Quickbooks invoice for the registration fee.
Monthly payments
- All families will receive a monthly invoice for sports/extracurricular activities from CBA.
- Please click “View and Pay” on each invoice to view all line items/charges for that month.
- The 1st month must be paid before students attend the first practice.
- Payment is due on the 1st of the month.
WAIVER
- Parents/guardians must complete the CBA UNIVERSAL SPORTS WAIVER before the first class, found on the second page of the registration form.
PICK-UP
- Students must be picked up no later than 10 minutes after the end of class. If your child is picked up late, there is a $5 charge for every 10 minutes.
COMMUNICATION
- Coaches will use the ClassDojo app to communicate with registered families.
Karate

Ages 4.5-5yo
The youngest class is geared towards students who are 5yo on September 1, but students who are 4.5yo may attend one trial day to determine eligibility to enroll in the class.

12:45-1:30pm Tuesday only (1 day)
12:45-1:30pm Thursday only (1 day)
12:45-1:30pm Tuesday and Thursday (2 days)

3:30-4:20pm Tuesday only (1 day)
3:30-4:20pm Thursday only (1 day)
3:30-4:20pm Tuesday and Thursday (2 days)
Karate-gi price: based on market price at time of order, paid directly to Sensei
Cost: $45 per month for 1 day/wk, $65 per month for 2 days/wk
Attire: Students are required to wear a uniform to every class.

Soccer

Ages 4-5 (Min. 6 students, Max. 10 students)

- IMPORTANT: Parents/guardians of children under 5 years old and/or who are not enrolled in Kindergarten on September 1 must wait for their children in the FBC Fellowship Hall during the entire class due to DSS regulations for this age group.
- Students enrolled in Kindergarten may attend Kindergarten Afternoon program from 12:45pm until 3:00pm, at which time the Afternoon teacher would take students to the dance class. Click here for Kindergarten Afternoon details and cost.
Schedule: 3:15-4:00pm Wednesdays
Cost: $35/month per child
Attire: There is no uniform, but all components of the dancer’s attire (leotard/skirt/tights/leggings/shoes/etc.) should be one color.
WRESTLING – Semester 2 ONLY
