FEES

The following fees are due each school year. 

School Year Enrollment Fee

2024-2025 – $260/student

  • The enrollment fee is non-refundable and is due within 2 business days of acceptance.
  • Upon acceptance, new families will confirm enrollment by paying the enrollment fee (see below), signing the Parent-Student Handbook, and completing an enrollment packet in the FACTS Family Portal.
  • The CBA finance team will set up an account for enrolled families to receive invoices from Quickbooks.

Early Childhood Education Class Supply Fee
2024-2025 – $110/student (2yo-5K)
 
Elementary and Middle School Book & Technology Fee
2024-2025 – $160/student in Grades 1-8
 
  • The class supply fee (2yo-5K) and book & technology fee (grades 1-8) will appear on the first tuition invoice of the school year (July).
  • Class supply lists will be posted during the summer. These are items that families need to provide that are not covered by the annual fees.

 

 

TUITION 

Program costs are based on Annual Tuition. To help families, tuition payments are divided into 10 monthly installments, each due one month in advance.

  • Families will automatically receive the first tuition payment invoice from Quickbooks on July 1 (for August) and the last/tenth invoice on April 1 (for May).
  • Tuition is due no later than the first day of each month, beginning in July.
  • Tuition payments are not refundable.
 

PAYMENTS

Upon enrollment, CBA families are registered in Quickbooks and receive a monthly invoice emailed from Clapham Education Group/Quickbooks for annual tuition installments from July to April.  If your child participates in activities such as Lunch Bunch, Clubs, or Sports, those charges will appear on your invoice.  You can view the specific charges by opening the individual invoice.

Spanish Immersion

Early Childhood Education Program

 

  • Ages: 2 years old through 5 years old

  • Placement is based on the student’s age as of September 1.

  • Hours: 8:30am-11:55am, with an optional Lunch Bunch from 11:55am-12:25pm 

  • CBA does not offer afternoon programs for preschoolers past 12:25pm.  Please contact the office about potential bilingual nanny opportunities.

CLASSES

2 years old on September 1

*Students in these classes are not expected to be potty-trained.

2024-2025 Tuition (10 monthly payments)

  • 2 days/week – $3,500 Annual Tuition – $350/month
  • 3 days/week – $4,370 Annual Tuition – $437/month
  • 4 days/week – $5,460 Annual Tuition – $546/month
  • 5 days/week – $6,300 Annual Tuition – $630/month

 

A traditional 2-day/week schedule is Tuesday/Thursday.  A traditional 3-day/week schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday.  

  • Due to the number of requests that we receive and the number of students in the Early Childhood Education program, we are currently unable to accommodate additional requests for alternative schedules at this time, but we can make a note of the special request upon enrollment and let families know if flexibility becomes an option- for example, if another family makes a complementary request and another student is able to attend the days that the other family cannot, we would be able to accommodate the families’ requests.

 

OPTION: Lunch Bunch – Students stay an additional 30 minutes and eat their packed lunch with classmates.

TIME: 11:55am -12:25pm

**Pick-up time is no later than 12:30pm, per SC law.** 

COST: $8/day OR monthly subscription rate

  • 1 day/week  –  $24/month
  • 2 days/week – $39/month
  • 3 days/week – $49/month
  • 4 days/week – $66/month
  • 5 days/week – $76/month

 

3 years old – 4 years old (Pre-K) on September 1

*Students in these classes must be potty-trained.

2024-25 Tuition (10 monthly payments)

  • 2 days/week – $3,300 Annual Tuition – $330/month (not recommended for 4K/Pre-K)
  • 3 days/week – $4,200 Annual Tuition – $420/month
  • 4 days/week – $5,250 Annual Tuition – $525/month
  • 5 days/week – $6,050 Annual Tuition – $605/month

Language Immersion Elementary and Middle School

  • Spanish and English Immersion is available for Grades 1-8.
  • Mandarin and Spanish Immersion is available for Grades 4-5.
  • Spanish and Mandarin Immersion – Wraps Language Arts and Mathematics into Science and Social Studies-rich projects according to Common Core standards
  • English Immersion – Wraps Language Arts into Science and Social studies-rich projects according to Common Core standards

  • ELEM Grades 1-4: $8,270 Annual Tuition – $827/month
  • MS Grades 5-8: $8,500 Annual Tuition – $850/month
