Dear parents of basketball students,

CBA basketball students will be going to the brand new North Charleston Sports Complex for the last practices of the year, from April 24 through May 15. Please fill out the form below to give permission for your child to ride the CBA bus to the practices.

Time of Return:		NA – parents should pick up their child at the Sports Complex.

ITINERARY Basketball students will leave the HABC campus on the CBA bus and travel to the North Charleston Sports Complex located at 1455 Monitor Street, North Charleston, SC 29405. Parents should pick up their child at the Complex at the end of the class.
