Dear Parents, In this update, I will explain our COVID plan as the Omicron variant has hit Charleston. I honestly believe God has been glorified in how the CBA family has walked this path over the last 22 months. Even as we represent many different opinions, we have kept the unity and thankfully no children have been severely sick. Statistics indicate that a vast majority of adults have either been vaccinated or have had the virus, which increases their antibodies. I love trees. From wind-blown evergreens to white-barked birch; from towering date palms to sprawling old oaks; Each tree elicits memories of years gone by. Some of my earliest memories with my father were planting pine trees. Generosity. When you hear that word, what emotion is stirred in you? Joy? Skepticism? Weariness? Curiosity? Fear? Warm fuzzies? Anxiety?
