CBA Permission Slip – Kindergarten Field Trip to The Gaillard Center – Dec 2024

Dear parents of Kindergarten students,

Your child’s class is going on a field trip! This is an excellent chance to further your child’s learning outside of the classroom.

The Kindergarten classes will attend the Charleston School of the Arts Symphony and Singers’ Holiday Spectacular Concert at the Gaillard Center for the purpose of enriching the students through music.

 

Field Trip Date: December 11, 2024

Location: The Gaillard Center – 95 Calhoun St, Charleston, SC 29401

ITINERARY
9:15 – Depart CBA
9:45 – Arrive at the Gaillard Center, use bathrooms and find seats
10:30-11:30 – Concert
11:30 – Depart the Gaillard Center
12:00 – Arrive at CBA and eat lunch at school
 
Transportation: The students will use personal vehicles or school bus for transportation. 
IMPORTANT: On the day of the trip, please be sure to drop off your child’s booster or carseat and ensure it is labelled with their name.

 

Cost: FREE

 

Attire: Students should dress nicely.
