2024-25 Monthly Invoices

We ask that all families carefully review these updates for the 2024-25 school year:

• Families will receive monthly invoices from Quickbooks.
• Tuition is due no later than the first day of each month. If you have any questions about the first invoice, please email finance@charlestonbilingualacademy.org.  
• The first invoice will be sent on July 10 and will include the one-time Early Childhood supply fee, Elem/MS book and technology fee .
• Optional activities: If you have registered your child for Lunch Bunch or the Kindergarten Afternoon program, you will receive a SEPARATE invoice for these in mid-July.  Subsequent invoices will include these charges along with the regular tuition invoice sent on the first of the month.
