Grade 7 and Grade 4 students are becoming courageous leaders through providing school tours to visiting grandparents and leading small groups during chapel time each week, respectively.

All CBA middle School students enjoyed attending the Gaillard Center performance of Show Way, Kennedy Center Education Artist-in-Residence Jacqueline Woodson’s award-winning story of history, love, and resilience – a tribute to women in Woodson’s own family whose strength and knowledge illuminate their daughters’ lives over seven generations. Students also enjoyed a workshop given by the Gaillard Center at CBA the following day. Click here to read more about Show Way.

First and second grade students are becoming confident communicators by presenting their Show-and-Tell projects on geographical features and on talents, respectively.

Third grade students enjoyed STEM learning opportunities at the Charleston Airshow last Friday.

Students also enjoyed learning about the eclipse earlier this month!
