FACTS Family Portal: Using the Family Demographic Form to Update Your Child’s Authorized Pick-Up Info
Parents, you can update your child’s Emergency Contacts or Authorized Pick-Up contacts in the FACTS Family Portal using the Family Demographic Form. This form will also allow you to change photo permissions and other information in your child’s profile. You will have an opportunity to review this during re-enrollment, and this is also where you can check or change what you’ve already entered at any other time during the year.
1) Log into the FACTS Family portal (district code: CB-SC), click Webforms > Family Demographic Form.
2) Once you open the Family Demographic form, scroll down to Emergency Contacts or Transportation and click next to the student for whom you’d like to enter an update. To update their Authorized Pick-Up list, click “Transportation” and enter the person’s information there.
