1/8/2024:

CBA is gearing up for re-enrollment 2024-2025, which begins on January 24!  We will post details on how to re-enroll in an upcoming newsletter.
In the meantime, here are the important dates to remember:

  • January 24: Re-enroll w/DISCOUNTED fee ($210/current student) & Financial Aid application opens for 2024-25
  • February 2: LAST DAY to re-enroll w/DISCOUNTED fee ($210/current student)
  • February 3: Re-enroll w/REGULAR fee ($260/current student)
  • February 10: Enrollment opens for NEW families ($260/student)

IMPORTANT: If there have been changes to your child’s SC DHEC Certificate of Immunization or SC DHEC Exemption form since the beginning of the school year, now is the time to get these ready to upload to the FACTS portal, so that you are all set when re-enrollment opens on January 24!

A current SC DHEC Immunization record with applicable Certification Status that meets ‘Childcare Requirements’ for preKindergarten students or meets ‘School Requirements’ for all students enrolled in K5 and above is required. Please confirm with your child’s pediatrician’s office and request an updated one.

Per SC law:

“A valid South Carolina Certificate of Immunization for all enrolled children, 3 months of age and older, must be maintained by public and private childcare facilities (as defined in SC Code of Laws Section 63-13-20); public, private, and parochial schools, grades kindergarten through 12th grade; and child development programs under the control of the Department of Education. South Carolina state law requires a valid SC Certificate of Immunization or valid exemption. Children without a valid certificate or exemption will not be allowed to attend childcare and/or school.”
