Strawberry Picking:

Our farmer friend, Adair McCoy at Bugby Plantation, who plants the berries, has visited our children at CBA every year in October to teach about plants (to the Kindergarten class only in the last couple of years), and we like visiting his farm.

WhenSaturday, April 29 at 9:30 AM, IF weather allows AND there are enough strawberries, we will try to meet up as a group. We will confirm on Friday which local farm has strawberries still and announce it that day. Fields can be picked over in a couple of days, plus we are dealing with nature so no guarantees.

Cost: $25 per bucket and kids can eat all they want from the plants, which are rain-washed.

Payment: Cash, check, or Venmo.
