This is the second annual CBA Fun Run, and our big Spring Fundraiser. This year, we are focusing on raising funds to “Grow CBA,” with plans to use the funds for playgrounds on the Friendship and Holmes Avenue campuses.
Where: All Runs will take place at Armory Park.
When: Prek-5K will run at 10:00am and Grades 1-6 will run at 11:00am.
Parents are encouraged to come watch and cheer on their child during the race, then stay for some fun from 11:00am to 1:30pm. More details to come!
We learned a few things last year – we heard your feedback, listened to suggestions, and are tweaking the approach this year. Fundraising rewards will be more classroom-community focused (ex: extra recess time, pizza party, free dress day). Students will have classroom goals and rewards and less individual rewards for fundraising. Stay tuned for more details.
