It is our pleasure to announce this year’s Christmas program, an outdoor walking tour, El Nacimiento de Jesús (The Birth of Jesus).

Preschool Tours – Wednesday 12/16 and Thursday 12/17 from 11am-12pm*
Elementary Tours – Friday 12/11 and Friday 12/18 from 11am-12pm
*If your child does not normally attend on a Wednesday or Thursday, they will be invited to join their class one of these two days.
Who is invited? The program is only open to CBA parents/guardians but will also be broadcast through FaceBook Live so family and friends can enjoy the show. In case of inclement weather, we will send out a video of the production filmed from classroom to classroom.
Why so many tours? This is the best way to create small parent groups with a maximum of 14 parents at a time. Parents will be asked to wear a face covering and will take a socially-distanced tour of each outdoor station.
How will this work? Each class will be performing at an outdoor “station.” Each parent/guardian will receive an invitation from the office with their time slot. If you need to switch your day/time, email the office (officestaff@charlestonbilingualacademy.org). Tours begin every 10 minutes, and each group of up to 14 parents will visit each class “station” separate from other parent groups. Each group will get to see all of the classes perform. Please refer to the schedules below.
Please be on the lookout for upcoming communications from your teachers about the song that your student is learning, what to wear, etc.
HELP NEEDED! Please email Margarita mhart@charlestonbilingualacademy.org if you are interested in making the outdoor areas look like Nazareth, Bethlehem, a manger, etc. and/or being your tour group’s “conductor,” moving your group along.
