Dear Families of World Changers,
We have exciting news – priority re-enrollment opens this week in the FACTS Family Portal!
Starting January 24, current CBA families will be able to access their returning student’s re-enrollment packet, complete a new student application form for new siblings, and pay the discounted enrollment fee to confirm their spot.
CBA programs start at 2 years old and placement is based on the student’s age on September 1, 2024.
Important Dates
January 24 – February 2: Current CBA families are invited to re-enroll with priority and pay a discounted enrollment fee: $210.
February 3-9: Current families may re-enroll with priority and pay the regular enrollment fee: $260.
February 10: Enrollment opens to new families. Current families may still enroll and pay the regular enrollment fee: $260.
Please don’t let the enrollment fee be a hindrance to your re-enrollment or getting the discounted rate! If you’d like to set up a payment plan to pay the enrollment fee, please email your suggested plan to finance@charlestonbilingualacademy.org (ex: 3 monthly payments of $70/child, etc.). We’re here to work with you!
**2024-2025 tuition will be posted to the CBA website this month!**
INSTRUCTIONS
One parent/guardian is designated in FACTS as the “Enrollment responsible” person to complete each student’s enrollment packet and should have received an email invitation to re-enroll on 1/23/24. If you need to change the “Enrollment responsible” parent/guardian, please call or text the office and we can update this right away.
To RE-ENROLL a returning student:
1) Log in to the FACTS Family Portal (District code: CB-SC)
2) Go to the left-side Navigation Menu and click on Apply/Enroll.
3) Click Enrollment/Reenrollment.
4) Complete the enrollment packet and click Submit.
5) Submit the enrollment fee.
To APPLY FOR A SIBLING who did not CBA during the 23-24 school year:
1) Log in to the FACTS Family Portal (District code: CB-SC)
2) Go to the left-side Navigation Menu and click on Apply/Enroll.
3) Go to the left-side Navigation Menu and click Application. Complete the 24-25 Application form. There is a $20 application fee (plus an associated credit card charge) paid directly to FACTS to submit the form. ***PLEASE NOTE: A completed application form does not guarantee acceptance/enrollment.
4) The office will then confirm whether there is a spot available, and if so, they will create and send an enrollment packet for the sibling and the next steps.
5) If enrollment is confirmed, you may pay the discounted enrollment fee for the sibling by February 2.
The admissions team will review all packets and send a confirmation email to let you know whether your child’s packet is complete or needs revision.
Pay the Enrollment Fee
- Submit the Enrollment fee to CBA:
- RECOMMENDED: Venmo @charlestonbilingualacademy or type in Charleston Bilingual.
- Check – Please deposit into the office drop-box.
- Direct deposit – Email finance@charlestonbilingualacademy.org if you would like CBA to send you a Quickbooks invoice to pay via direct deposit from your bank.
**Re-enrollment is not confirmed until the enrollment packet is complete and the enrollment fee has been paid.
