To help families, tuition payments are divided into 10 monthly installments starting July 1 and ending April 1.
We ask that all families carefully review these updates for the 2023-24 school year:
- Families will receive monthly invoices from Quickbooks.
- Tuition is due no later than the first day of each month except the first invoice for 23-24. Since July 1 is a Saturday and the CBA office will be closed the week of July 3-7, we will extend the late payment fee deadline to Friday, July 14, since we will not be available to answer invoice questions until Monday, July 10. charlestonbilingualacademy.org . - The first invoice will be sent on July 1 and will include the one-time Early Childhood supply fee, Elem/MS book and technology fee .
- Optional activities: If you have registered your child for Lunch Bunch or the Kindergarten Afternoon program, you will receive a SEPARATE invoice for these in mid-July. Subsequent invoices will include these charges along with the regular tuition invoice sent on the first of the month.
