February Character Quality: Compassion

The character quality of the month for February: Compassion.
 
Definition: Seeing and meeting the needs of those who are hurting
 
Memory Verse:

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

REFERENCE: Matthew 25:40

We explain to students some practical ways they can practice this trait. I will:
  1. Be quick to listen to others
  2. Look for ways to comfort and encourage others
  3. Respond politely to different ideas, opinions, and ways of doing things
