Parents/guardians, please log in to the Gibbon database before the Meet the Teacher day and make sure each of the following is correct.
All families
Ensure you can access the CBA 2022-23 Parent-Student Handbook from your home page.
Confirm contact info.
Confirm photo permission.
Confirm authorized pickup and note your family ID number (at end of student id).
Per the CBA Parent-Student Handbook, each family has a unique family ID number and each student has a unique student ID number.
ID numbers are attached to your child’s profile in the Gibbon database and are printed on Authorized Pick-up/Carpool and backpack tags.
At the beginning of the school year, each family will receive an Authorized Pick-up/Carpool tag and each student will receive a backpack tag.
New families
Ensure up-to-date records have been uploaded (birth certificates and SCDHEC immunization records or exemption forms)
The office will contact you during the first month of school if any records are missing/incomplete.
