SUPPLY, BOOK, & TECHNOLOGY FEE

All familes will pay a one-time fee for each student on their first invoice. 

 

2025-2026 Early Childhood Education Class Supply Fee (2yo – Kindergarten): $120/student
2025-2026 Elementary and Middle School Book & Technology Fee (Grades 1-8): $177/student
 

Here are general and grade-specific items you will be required to bring at the start of the school year.

***Please ensure all items are LABELED with your child’s name.

 
EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

        
      ALL STUDENTS

  • LABELED plastic (non-glass) water bottle with screw-on lid
  • Low-sugar, healthy snack
  • We recommend you put sunscreen on your child during spring/summer months since we will go outside.

       Early Childhood

  • Diapers (2-year-olds)
  • A complete change of weather-appropriate clothes in a labeled Ziploc bag to keep in the class
  • Dress your child in play clothes, including closed-toe shoes, that allow them to run around and get dirt and paint on themselves, even though we use washable paint and wear smocks.


    Lunch Bunch, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-9

  • LABELED lunchbox

  • See the CBA Parent-Student Handbook on the FACTS Family Portal for recommendations on what to pack.


    Grades 1-9:     

  • Uniforms with child’s name written on the tags
CLASS-SPECIFIC
2-YEAR-OLDS

In addition to the supply fee, parents should also provide:

  • Small backpack (lunchbox should fit inside, ex: Skip Hop brand)
  • 2 face photos of child, approx. 2″x2″, that you can print at home
  • 1 family photo
  • If your child has sensitive skin and requires a certain type of wipe, please bring 3 packs of wipes.
3-YEAR-OLDS

In addition to the supply fee, parents should also provide:

  • Bookbag (lunchbox should fit inside)
  • 2 face photos of child, approx. 2″x2″, that you can print at home
  • 1 family photo
4-YEAR-OLDS

In addition to the supply fee, parents should also provide:

  • Bookbag (lunchbox should fit inside)
  • 1 family photo 
  • 2 face photos of child, approx. 2″x2″, that you can print at home
KINDERGARTEN

In addition to the supply fee, parents should also provide:

  • Bookbag (lunchbox should fit inside)
  • 2 face photos of child, around 2″x2″, that you can print at home
