Biblical Parenting Basics, Part 1: Who’s in charge, why does it matter and what does it look like?

We know academic success relies on support at home. This class is one way we can partner with and support our parents.
Join us for a free class on biblical parenting hosted by Charleston Bilingual Academy and taught by Mark Timmons, fellow CBA parent and the lead pastor at Friendship Baptist Church. Pastor Timmons will be joined by Mr. John Lane.
Dinner and childcare will be provided.
The class is free, but we need families to register by May 4 so we can plan the food and childcare.
Some of the topics include:
- A coordinated plan for discipline
- Developing structure in your home
We will also have a time for Q&A.
Mark & John will be drawing on both Biblical principles and their combined 149 years of parenting experience! Mark has been married to Libbie for almost 20 years, and together they have five children, ages 7 to 16. John has been married to Marilyn for 34 years, and together they have three adult children and four grandchildren.
