Dear CBA Parents and Teachers,
We are continually seeking passionate and qualified teachers to join our team in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and now High School.
We would love your help in connecting us with great candidates! As a thank-you, we are offering a $1,000 referral bonus!
● For parents, the $1,000 will be applied as a credit to your school invoice.
● For teachers who do not have children enrolled at CBA, the $1,000 will be added to your paycheck.
How it works:
Once you recommend someone who applies for an open teaching position, successfully completes all the hiring requirements, accepts our offer, and begins working with CBA, you will receive your $1,000 referral bonus after that person has completed two months of employment. For example, if the person you referred to CBA starts at the beginning of the school year, the payment or credit will be issued in October.
