Program Overview
Karate offers students a powerful path to developing discipline, focus, self-control, respect, and confidence within a structured and purposeful environment. Through training and conditioning, students build physical strength and inner composure needed to respond to challenges with courage, restraint, and maturity.
Divided into Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced groups, both levels join together on Thursdays so younger or rising athletes can learn skills, example, and leadership from advanced martial artists.

Program Overview
The Knight School’s secret is “the chess party.” We invite everyone to join our CBA chess team. We use high-energy teaching methods such as super-fast, clock-slapping chess games, zany chess videos, a strict bully-free environment, silicone wristbands for tactics mastery, driving music, hilarious videos, and Mardi-Gras bead chess tournaments each practice. Chess set, city-wide tournaparty, and more included!
