Admissions Process

New families may inquire at any time. Simply fill out the Charleston Bilingual Academy Inquiry form to begin. There is no charge or commitment required for this stage.

Experience our environment first-hand. You will receive an invitation to schedule a tour and interview with the Head of School. All tours begin at the Friendship Campus, followed by visits to the Holmes Avenue or Centre Point campuses as applicable to your child's grade level.

After your tour, the admissions office will invite you to submit a formal application. You will need to provide school references, records, and complete a Post-Tour Questionnaire. A small application fee is required at this stage via FACTS Management.

Our admissions team reviews the completed packet. If acceptance is confirmed, your child's spot will be reserved for 2 business days to allow you to complete the final enrollment steps through our portal.

For students entering Grade 2 and above, we recommend a shadow/trial day where they attend classes with a student buddy. Students in Grade 5 and above will also participate in a personal interview with our leadership team.

Enrollment is completed through the FACTS portal by submitting immunization records and the non-refundable enrollment fee. Families may also apply for financial aid at this time to finalize the enrollment package.
