Important: How to View Monthly Invoices

Upon enrollment, CBA families are registered in Quickbooks and receive a monthly invoice emailed from Clapham Education Group/Quickbooks for annual tuition installments from July to April.  If your child participates in activities such as Lunch Bunch, Clubs, or Sports, those charges will appear on your invoice.  ***It is important to always click the link to open the invoice and view the specific charges.

Class Assignments & Communication

Class assignments will be announced in August. All parents/guardians will be subscribed to the CBA Communication app for 2024-25 and will receive log-in details before the start of the school year.

Use the FACTS Family Portal to  Access the Updated 24-25 Parent-Student Handbook and More!

CBA uses the FACTS Family Portal to store student enrollment data as well as important resource documents such as the Parent-Student Handbook, the Family Directory, Field Trip Permission Slips, Re-enrollment and MORE!

Will take place on middle school playground at Holmes Avenue Baptist.

Friendship Baptist Church
Pastors Mark Timmons and John Lane welcome you to Friendship Baptist Church (FBC) and invite you to worship with them each Sunday at 11 am. Bilingual services are held in English and Spanish on the 1st and 3rd Sunday every month. Holmes Avenue Baptist Church
Pastor Bryan Ayer and Walter Brigman welcome you to visit Holmes Avenue Baptist Church (HABC) to worship with them on Sundays at 11 am. Holmes Kids gather during the worship time for age-appropriate worship and teaching from newborn through grade 4.
