Action Needed: Photo Permission

Parents, please be sure to update your child’s photo permissions using the FACTS Family portal.It’s easy and only takes a few minutes! Here are the steps: 

1. Click on 23-24 Parent Portal on the CBA website (District Code: CB-SC)

2. Select Web Forms > Family Demographic Form to select photo permission and update contact information. 

October 4: DEADLINE to RSVP for 4K Pancake Pals

The CBA PTF welcomes 4K families to Pancake Pals Breakfast on Friday, Oct 6, 8:00-8:30. Breakfast is $5 per person. It will be set-up in the Fellowship hall. If the Fellowship hall seating is full, you and your child can make a plate and head to your child’s classroom to enjoy breakfast.

At their first Generations Gathering of the year, Grade 4 welcomed, made friends with, and learned from the older generation!

One of CBA’s “Expected Student Outcomes” (ESOs) is to see our students become courageous leaders who humbly serve, employing their gifts and talents to generously love others. 'Others’ also include people of different ages.

CBA is teaming up with Joseph Fields Farm on John’s Island to offer our families certified organic produce boxes each week. Eat healthy and support local agriculture.

Join CBA at our annual trip to Legare Farms Pumpkin Patch!

Legare Farms has been gracious enough to open their gates for CBA at 9:00!  Once you get to the entrance gate let them know that you are with CBA. You will need to pickup your hayride tickets first since CBA will be the first two hayrides of the day.

October 13: HABC Spaghetti Fundraiser for Operation Christmas Child

HABC will be having a drive-through spaghetti dinner on October 13th from 4-7 pm. All money raised will go to their shipping costs for the regional drop-off site for Operation Christmas Child (OCC). Plates will include a spaghetti dinner with dessert for $12 each.

Friendship Baptist Church
Pastor Mark Timmons welcomes you to Friendship Baptist Church (FBC) and invites you to worship with them each Sunday at 11 am. Bilingual services are held in English and Spanish on the 1st and 3rd Sunday every month. On all other Sundays, Pastor Mark Timmons leads the English-language service and Pastor Luis Carreon leads a Spanish-language service.  A fun and engaging children's program is held during the service.  Find out more by emailing Pastor Mark directly (mtimmons@friendshiptoday.org), calling FBC (843-225-1434), or going to the FBC website. Holmes Avenue Baptist Church
Pastor Bryan Ayers welcomes you to visit Holmes Avenue Baptist Church (HABC) to worship with them on Sundays at 11 am. Holmes Kids gather during the worship time for age-appropriate worship and teaching from newborn through grade 4.
