Let’s Celebrate at CBA! CBA Grade 2 is developing a friendship with The Children's World School in Honduras! TCWS is a well-established, K-12 Christian bilingual school that focuses on scientific learning. Mr. Brooks delivered a card from CBA Grade 2 students and brought back a card to our students! Grade 2 will get to meet their new friends via Zoom this year. We look forward to further connections as we learn from them and seek to show them God’s love. Our desire is to build a partnership with this school, inviting them to visit us in the future and sending older students or families to Honduras to bless them. Meet our Director of Security, Retired 1st Sergeant Lenny Johnson. He provides an overview of our security procedures. Our new texting software failed to deliver text messages to all parents during the lockdown last week and we have prioritized resolving this issue. The CBA Chat Bot number is 843-371-3855. Dr. Nathan Johnson recommends saving this number and assigning a different text and call tone for this number. If you did not received the "test" messages last week, please text the office at 843-779-2472.

Grade 6 will be leading CBA's collection for Samaritan's Purse- Operation Christmas Child! CBA is partnering again this year with Friendship Baptist Church. Pick up your shoebox(es) at the main campus or at the Armory. The last day to turn in boxes to either location is November 14. November: Pack the Pantry
It's almost November which means it's time again to Pack the Pantry for all our teachers and staff. Because of the holidays, this month's Pack the Pantry drop off will be on Nov 9th/10th and we will be combining Nov and Dec. We had a great turnout again last month and I am hoping that this month will be just as awesome. The Venmo option seemed to work great so we will be offering that again this month! Please Venmo me (Jackie Hammes) by Monday evening Nov. 7 so Emily and I have time to prepare our list.
