Generations Gather The door opened to a small community center and 12 eager Grade 4 students entered. Excited and yet a bit unsure of what the next hour would hold, the students were ready. With board games and notebooks in hand, they hesitantly made their way in and began to ask how they could help set the room to meet their guests. And who were these guests that 9- and 10-year-old students were to meet? Senior citizens! My heart swelled as I saw their delight begin to surface as the activities began.

The 2021-22 (Last Year's) CBA Yearbook is available to ORDER NOW though Nov.11!
The 2022-23 Yearbook will be available for order later this school year.
Parents of students who attended CBA LAST YEAR (21-22) should have received an order form for the 2021-22 yearbook school in your email. Please email Danielle Ward (flashpointcharleston@gmail.com) if you did not receive it or have any questions. Thank you for your patience with this project, and a huge shout out to Danielle for providing such a gift of service to the school!

Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Feast Friday, Nov 18! Information detailing the event was sent home with your children this past Friday. Your room parent will provide you with the items that have been assigned to your child for contribution to the feast. Items brought in by Wednesday, November 16. It's time again to Pack the Pantry for all our teachers and staff. Because of the holidays, this month's Pack the Pantry drop off will be Nov 9th/10th and we will be combining Nov and Dec. We had a great turnout again last month and I am hoping that this month will be just as awesome. The Venmo option seemed to work great so we will be offering that again this month! Please Venmo me (Jackie Hammes) by Monday evening Nov. 7 so Emily and I have time to prepare our list.
