Please join us! You’re officially invited to enroll at Charleston Bilingual Academy for the 2022-2023 school year. Between January 18-31, current families can register for the ‘22-’23 school year and pay a discounted registration fee. We want to make sure our current parents have the first opportunity to secure a spot for their children. Please note that each year we start a waitlist for several classes, and we want to make sure current CBA families secure a spot! Current CBA families can register for $175 through January 31; starting February 1, the registration fee is $225. The school is also committed to fulfilling its holistic vision as we are continuing Sports School, online tutoring through Kids on Mission, and private music lessons. Schedules for these programs and for the upcoming school year are finalized in the summer. Uniforms will continue for 1st-6th grade students. Please expect tuition to increase 3%; we will post the tuition rates as soon as possible. On February 1, registration opens to all families. Starting January 18, the following steps must be completed to confirm your child’s re-enrollment. 1) Fill out a 2022-2023 Application Form for each child through our Parent Dashboard. In the Dashboard click “Student Profile” and scroll down to “Application Form”. You will receive a confirmation email within a day of registering with additional directions. 2) Pay the Registration Fee for each child. Following submitting your application, you will receive an email with further information. 3) Sign the updated online Parent/Student Handbook Agreement Form for each family. In the Dashboard select “People”. Then select “Data Updater”. Select “Personal Data”, and then select a parent’s name. Scroll down until you see the option for the “Handbook”. 4) Submit updated records for your child (a current SC Immunization Record and Birth Certificate). Please feel free to contact the CBA office with any questions or concerns you may have. Please give the office up to three business days to answer registration questions as we received a high volume of calls and emails during the enrollment season. We love each of our CBA families and continue to be amazed by the progress each child is making. We would love to see every child continue bilingual, Christian education with us next year.
