September 26: Grade 4 Students Host Generations Gatherings
|
|
Throughout the year, fourth grade students ask, How can I learn from the past to become a leader who impacts the future for the good of others?" Each month, the students plan and implement a "Generations Gathering" event. The experience provides the opportunity for students to show honor and respect to a different generation as they organize games, snacks and conversation, and experience the joy of learning from those who have experienced life and learned from it. These hour-long gatherings include intentional dialogue, as well share their learning and experiences.

October 2-3: Pack the Pantry for FBC & HABC Teachers
In October, we are Packing the Pantry!
Pack the Pantry is one of the many thoughtful ways parents can show the teachers their gratitude! It is as simple as 1-2-3. 1. Parents can make a designated donation to the PTF (Venmo @CBA-PTF is preferred, last four 8944). 2. The PTF will purchase healthy snacks (or occasionally meals) in bulk. 3. PTF volunteers will distribute the food across all campuses so that teachers can grab them whenever they need a power boost.
Feel free to give as little or as much as you would like. It is a blessing that our teachers truly appreciate, and it wouldn’t be possible without you!
Venmo is @CBA-PTF (it is now linked to our PTF debit card)
