Our students in elementary grades will participate in a Thanksgiving Feast on Friday, November 19.  This event will be for students only, with the exception of parent volunteers.

If you haven’t already, please sign up for your child to bring an item on Wednesday, November 17 so it can be prepared for the feast. Items are needed from the following class lists:

1st Grade

 Volunteers are needed to bag items, cook and set up/clean up. Please check the signup genius for open slots.

  • 2-3 “Baggers” – parents willing to sort the ingredients and supplies and bag them up on November 17 between  2:30 pm-3:15 pm, so they can easily be picked up after school.
  • 12 “Chefs” – parents to prepare and bring the food on November 19 — each chef will take home and prepare their dish for 50 people. For example, 12 cans of corn prepared (except mac & cheese will be split between 4 people).
  • 3-5 “Servers” parents to help with set up starting at 11 am on Friday (or earlier!), stay to serve the Thanksgiving meal to the students and then clean up.
