The 26-27 enrollment season is upon us and we are excited to share this timeline of important windows to help you prepare for next year!
TODAY: Check your student’s eligibility for the ESTF scholarship program (Kindergarten & above in 26-27) using this tool provided by the Palmetto Promise program!
December 8: CBA Applications Open to Siblings of Current CBA Students
- We encourage families applying for new siblings to submit a new student application form in the FACTS Family Portal (District code: CB-SC) in December, to allow for processing time.
- The CBA admissions team will review your child’s application and send an enrollment decision during the priority re-enrollment window in January.
- CBA programs start at 2 years old and placement is based on the student’s age on September 1.
January 6: Priority Re-Enrollment Opens to CURRENT CBA Families!
- We will post instructions on how to submit an enrollment packet in the FACTS Family Portal and how to make a payment to reserve your child’s spot.
January 15 – February 8: The ESTF application window opens at 8am on January 15 for priority groups with students entering Kindergarten and above (Household income at or below 300% FPL, OR active-duty parent or guardian stationed in SC, OR prior year public school attendance)
- CBA urges all eligible families to be ready to submit their ESTF application as soon as this window opens at 8am, as there will likely be a wait list for 26-27!
- CBA families may also apply to receive a CBA scholarship; information about financial assistance can be found here.
- PLEASE NOTE: Families eligible for the ESTF program must submit proof they have applied for the ESTF scholarship at 8am on the opening date to be considered for a CBA scholarship.
February 1: Last Day for Current Families to Re-Enroll with Priority
February 2: Enrollment Opens to NEW Families

February 9: ESTF Applications Open for anyone with a household income up to 500% FPL
- CBA urges all eligible families to be ready to submit their ESTF application as soon as this window opens at 8am, as there will likely be a wait list for 26-27!
